Readership and circulation
We print 10,000 copies of The Slice. This means our circulation is 10,000.
From that 10,000, we deliver 8,000 door-to-door to people’s houses and 2,000 copies are stocked in libraries and cultural hubs across the borough. On average, three people will read each copy of the magazine, which means about 30,000 different people read each issue. This means our readership is 30,000.
Door-to-door
We hand deliver 8,000 copies of The Slice door-to-door to households across Tower Hamlets across all four of our patches: Roman Road (Bow, Mile End, Fish Island, Globe Town), Bethnal Green, Whitechapel and Poplar. We make sure we deliver to a mix of housing types (high rise, gated, terraced, estates) and with every issue we change where we deliver to ensure we reach new people and increase our brand awareness.
Venues
We deliver 2,000 copies of The Slice by cargo bike to over 50 official stockists as well as countless cafés and shops in Globe Town, Hackney Wick, Bow, Mile End, Bethnal Green, Poplar, Whitechapel, and Spitalfields whenever we are passing as part of our day-to-day work.
